Washington State was dealing with the COVID-19 increase among our Farmworkers when several wild fires affected our rural communities, including Douglas, Yakima and Grant counties.  CHWCMR identified  40 families who lost everything to support them with $250 while they learn about the relationship between COVID-19 and wild fire.                           Thanks to an award grant from the Sheng -Yen Lu Fundation.
